It is used to coat chocolate or caramel on products such as biscuits, cakes, wafers. It is completely made of stainless material.
Wire tape is used to cover the bottom of the products in the machine. It has a stainless wire band system designed for food.
Thanks to the easily removable chamber, it is possible to coat in two different colors.
Machine capacity is determined according to need. With the control panel on the machine, belt speed, coating thickness and cabin temperature can be adjusted.
The whole system can be adjusted from the control panel at any time.
