The number of standard oven plates that can be made is 24 – 36 – 40 – 60 – 72 – 90. The highest capacity mold number is 120. It can also be used for the production of wafer sheets. The process of removing leaves from the molds works with the vacuum system. Although the cooking time varies depending on the formula of the dough, raw material and thickness of the wafer plate, the standard cooking time is between 2 and 2.5 minutes.

Machine dimensions are determined according to the capacity of the line. There are 2 or 3 heating cells on the Biscuit & Wafer Machines, depending on the machine capacity. According to the type of products, the cooking band can be adjusted as wire band or sheet band. The outer hoods of the oven can be optionally produced from painted or stainless materials. There are sensors and directions on the machine to prevent belt slippage. There are observation windows on the machine to see the cooked product. In order to prevent heat loss while the product is being cooked in the machine, insulation is made with rock wool. All kinds of controls inside the oven can be done by touching the control panels on the machine.
