Asphalt Factories is a facility where aggregates of different sizes are mixed with hot bitumen in a mixer and made ready for laying.
Fixed type Asphalt Plant: It is a batch type asphalt plant. It produces high quality asphalt. Aggregate, filler and bitumen are dosed separately and then produce batch asphalt in 45 seconds. Batch type asphalt produces 80-320 tons/hour asphalt.
Mobile Asphalt Plant: Installation time is short. Less crane is required during assembly, concrete and foundation costs are low. It produces 80-160 tons/hour asphalt.
Continuous Asphalt Plant: It is a highly advantageous production facility due to its low initial investment costs and low maintenance costs. It produces 80-240 tons/hour asphalt.
